CANCELLATION POLICY

At Her Luxe Braiding Bar, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our cancellation policy below: ✅ Booking Deposits All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot. This deposit will go toward your final balance. 🔁 Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment one time only. Any additional changes may require a new deposit. ❌ Cancellations • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. • No call/no shows will be charged 30% of the service total and will not be allowed to rebook without full payment in advance. 🕒 Late Policy There is a 10-minute grace period.
